This is my second visit to this clinic with a kitten that I found in the streets with a very bad eye infection. I took her to another vet before visiting them and without even putting any effort he asked me to put her down . Then I brought her to The Pet Vet, and I believe because of all the love and care she received she left the vet playing , healthy , eating well and guess what the eye infection is better! I really appreciate how they kept me updated everyday ! Tolerated me for asking million questions, being a drama queen , kept sharing videos to make me feel less stressed! During Ramadan 2025, I rescued my very first cat with absolutely no experience in rescue cases. At first, we didn’t realize how severe his condition was because of his long fur — sadly he had maggots in different parts of his body that weren’t visible. He ended up staying at the clinic for almost 3 months, going through surgeries, stitches, treatments, and continuous care just so his skin could heal properly. The clinic team was beyond amazing throughout this difficult journey. They were compassionate, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient with both me and my cat. They also generously offered charitable pricing because he was a rescue case in such severe condition, something I will never forget. What touched us most was how much genuine care and love they showed him every single day. We truly feel like we gained an extended family through this experience. Seeing him today — happy, healthy, clean, and thriving — feels like a miracle, and it would not have happened without them. They deserve far more than 5 stars. Great customer service, the staff are super friendly and genuinely love and care for our pets - you can see from their interactions with them. They were so good with my little fur baby - attentive and calming him down when he was distressed. It’s such a good reassurance knowing that my baby is being looked after in good hands. Added bonus they have onsite valet which is excellent since it’s a bit difficult finding parking in the area. Thank you to the team for their great work!
